Although we take the greatest of care with our products' packaging and delivering quality goods, we understand that incidents can happen where the product does not appear to be in the condition or at the quality that we pride ourselves in.

If you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of the product, we will consider a full refund. In order to apply for a full refund, please email as at info@formfitsa.com to explain your dissatisfaction and also a photo of the product condition. From there we will guide you through the process of how you can return the product to us and reverse your transaction.
